We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. We do have a $10 cancellation fee that'll be charged during the refund process. Due to the nature of our product; all sales are final except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state.

Our turnaround time is typically 7 - 14 BUSINESS days but this is just an estimate!
If we are experiencing high volume it can take between 2-6 weeks.
We also offer a rush order option during checkout and this will cut our processing time to 1-5 business days.
