There is absolutely NO REFUNDS given!

Once you have completed your payment I begin creating your nails/ order in the timeframe given (7-21 days unless you have purchased “rush order” in which the timeframe will be 1-5 days) 

The only time a refund will be issued is in the event I can not complete your order due to illness, personal reason, etc.

You may be also be issued a partial refund in the event you paid to much in shipping charges such as if you paid for DHL shipping and it’s unavailable at the time of purchase.
